Withdrawals and Loan Disbursals – 3 methods: Direct Credit, Bank Transfer or PayPal (including credit and debit cards)
Loan Repayments are always via Direct Debit. Manual Repayments may be made by bank transfer or PayPal (including credit and debit cards) in the case of a failed Direct Debit or missed repayment.

If you are required to upload documents, this may be achieved using Edit Profile.
Logged in > User Menu > Edit My Profile, or
Logged in > User Menu > My Profile > Edit My Profile.
The tabs that contain the document upload facilities are Status & ID (Passport ID Photo Page, Utility 1 and Utility 2, UK Photo Driving Licence, Other) Employment (Payslip) & Financial (Bank Statement). For example the Status & ID tab is shown in the screenshot below:
For the document that you wish to upload click the up/down arrors and select "Upload file", then next to "Select file" click "Choose File". The file explorer will open up for you to select the appropriate file for upload, then click the "Update" button at the foot of the page.

From a borrower perspective, as loan accounting is conducted within each individual loan account, the User Account is irrelevant. For lenders, the User Account is a transaction statement of the Holding Account showing the accounting details of Deposits, Withdrawals, Adjustments, Loan Disbursals to borrowers, Fees and Interest.
